If the screen collapses to show ‘Collect from Depot’ as the selected option with a message saying “Regarding this particular delivery, please phone us” - this means your item has not yet been returned to branch and you cannot request to collect from depot at this moment.
If you prefer to either ‘Redeliver to same address’ or ‘Redirect to different address’, you are able to continue with the process by selecting one of those options.
- Enter your details, then click Next
- Based on which option you selected, the next step in the process will vary slightly. Follow the relevant process for the option you selected.

- You’ll be taken to a final confirmation screen so you can check that your details are correct
- If any details are incorrect click the blue ‘Back’ button to go back to the form and correct the details.

- Please note that delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, and there is an additional charge for delivery on a Saturday.

How to avoid missing deliveries in the future
To avoid missing deliveries in the future we highly recommend either having items sent to an address where someone will be present during the day (e.g. your workplace) or setting up an ongoing Authority To Leave point at your address where deliveries can be safely left.
